This is what our assessor says about Jet
'Jet is a 2 year old black short haired GSD. He has pedigree papers, is castrated, microchipped and vaccinated. Booster due June 2015.
He has lived with kids aged 2&8 however he wasn't allowed in the house. He was kept chained in the garden.
He is a very boisterous boy and has no manners. He pulled a little when I was walking him on a slip lead, but nothing too horrendous. When giving him treats he snatched them to the point of nipping fingers, however he let me take toys and treats away from him with no issue. He jumps up in a playful manner, so I would not think he would be suitable in a home with very small children.
He is fed around the resident dog, with no sign of food agression. The lady who has him at the moment, is a recluse and never leaves the house. When she was showing me around her land and we left Jet, he became very anxious and noisy, classic sign of separation anxiety.
He allowed me to freely touch him all over from his nose to his tail. No sensitive areas at all. He was hesitant for me to pick up his paws but was fine with a bit of reassurance.
He likes to chase cats, but does not show aggression. He is currently living with a GSD and a terrier type dog, with no issues. '
