This young lady is 18 month unspayed Nanook. She is good with the children she lives with but we would not rehome her with children due to her nervous nature. Nanook is very good with other dogs and loves to play so would probably benefit from going into a home with a confident older dog to help her build up her confidence. Nanook would be best with an experienced calm and confident owner to help build up her socialisation skills with people which at present come across as nervous aggression. Her owners admit they are going around in circles as Nanook reacts, so they react, so Nanook reacts… No issues with toys or food (she loves her toys) and Nanook has good basic commands but does pull on the lead. Currently not let off lead so recall will need work as well. Our volunteers spent a long time with Nanook and did not find her overly aggressive but rather excitable and unsure of anything new.
