Mucho is a beautiful 3 year old boy who was originally rescued from Spain and is now looking for a new home due to a change in his owner's circumstances. Mucho is a sensitive dog who might take a little while to warm up to new people. When he first arrived from Spain he was a very nervous boy but he has made a lot of progress. He can still be wary of strangers, particularly men, so he might need a minute to adjust to his new home, but once he knows you he's a lovely boy. When our volunteers went to meet him, he did not react and soon took treats from them.
They went for a walk and Mucho walked well on the lead. They saw a few dogs and he did not react to them. They also saw a cat and Mucho ignored it after being told 'no'. He has never been off lead so his recall would need working on but he listens to commands in the home. He's very good and not destructive in the home but due to his anxious and submissive nature, he would be happiest with someone who can spend a lot of time with him.
Mucho currently lives with another dog and takes confidence from having a friend so he would love a home with a new dog brother or sister to rely on. Because he has never lived with children, we wouldn't rehome him with young ones.
Mucho is a gorgeous boy who lacks confidence but has a lot of love to give. He will love being at the center of his forever family.
