This scrumptious young lady is Misty, who is still a puppy at only 9 months old and won't be a year old until November.
Misty is good with other dogs, cats, all people and she is currently living with very young children.
Our volunteer describes Misty as one lovely dog. She behaved impeccably at assessment, she didn't bark or jump up but was just very friendly and wanting a cuddle.
She lives with her mother who is a GSD but her father was a Malamute, hence her beautiful colouring.
Her owner is a single parent with 3 children under the age of 6, Misty's mother and 4 cats.
The youngest child is not very good with Misty, he won't leave her alone, puching, teasing, biting her etc and although misty has been very patient with him, she has snapped (no surprises there) and the owner is worried she may turn aggressive because of the behaviour of this child!!
Misty is fine with the other 2 children.
Misty really needs out of this situation, into a home where she can enjoy cuddles, nice walks and some peace and quiet.
Misty really is an ideal pet, very pretty, very well behaved and loving. She s a small girl, slighly built but not underweight.
Can you take this lovely puppy under your wing and give her a loving home where she won't be teased or bullied by young children?
