Mischa has been a loyal companion and much loved pet of her owner, who recently passed away. She is now living with her owners daughter but is not getting on with one of the other dogs in the house. Understandably rehoming Mischa has been a difficult decision for the family but the current situation is proving stressful for everyone as Mischa is often confined to the kitchen as she cannot be left with the other dog.
Mischa is 9 years old and currently weighs 50kg so she is on a prescription diet to help trim her waist a little - this is also likely to help a lot with her mobility! She is on painkillers and anti-inflammatories for hip displaysia and osteoathritis and eye drops.
She is a beautiful, loyal and obedient girl, who loves nothing more than a fuss and a belly rub! Despite her age she is still very playful. She would benefit from short regular walks in addition to her new diet. Mischa is a little choosy with her doggy friends so may be best placed as the only dog. She is a no to cats! Although Mischa is house trained and is clean and dry in the house when left, it would be great to find a quiet but fairly active home for Mischa where she will have company in her golden years - she will reward you in abundance! How can you say no to that face?
