Milo is 14 months old, he has come back to GSDR through no fault of his own. The people that adopted him when he was 6 months old told me he has started to attack their cat. Also, he was becoming very dominant with their other GSD.
He is wary of other dogs when on and off lead, he will bark and lunge at anything he is not sure of including people. Milo will chase anything that moves quick, cars, bicycles, motorbikes.
Milo is very strong on the lead, he will pull and walk where he wants to go. I am currently walking him on a Dogmatic to help with this. He does have some food aggression issues, he will growl initially but when told to leave the food he will. I have been working on this, since his been with us.
Milo is good at commands, sit, wait, stay, and leave.Likes to play ball on a walk and his recall is fantastic! He loves children, has never shown any aggression towards my grandson, or children outside of the home.
Milo is a very affectionate dog, he loves cuddles. Plays nice with my two dogs most of the time but will try to dominate my youngest dog if he can get away with it.
He Likes to play tug of war, all three of them! He does suffer with a bit or anxiety, he will follow me around and cry if he knows I’m going out but will soon settle. I think this is down to having someone around all day at his previous home.
Milo is very energetic dog he will need a very experienced GSD owner, someone that can give him plenty of exercise and some ongoing Training.
