This gorgeous oldie is sadly looking for a new home due to a divorce
Mellie is a sweetheart and pulled at the heartstrings of the volunteer tthat went to assess her. She is so ladylike and sweet.
She walks well on a lead but is said to be reactive to other dogs, maybe because she is older and vulnerable.She enjoys a car ride but with her age may need a little help getting in.
Mellie used to be walked by a dog walker with other dogs and she didn't have an issue so maybe woith the right introduction she could still have some friends. She was gracious with all humans that she met.
It is such a sad situation and this gorgeous oldie really deserves just the best retirement home. She may take a little time to settle and the move may make her stressed but I am sure her paws will fit perfectly under your table
