Maxii is a very striking young man who is in urgent need of a new home, he has not had any socialisation and has been living out side for most of the day. He is nervous of people he doesn't know and very protective of his family.
Maxii will need a home with a very experienced owner who can teach him all he needs to know about life. He will need training and getting out and about to see as many new things a possible. Our volunteer was not able to get very close to Maxii but when the volunteer got her dog out Maxii was a little over excited and was very fixated on the dog. He will need to go to as many group walks and training classes so he can learn to mix with others. He will need a strong owner who will not allow him to over guard. This boy in the right hands could make a lovely companion, we are looking for an adult only home where there is no small children. With careful introduction he may accept living with a female dog. He will need lots of work done with him but the reward will be worth the effort.
