Behold 7-year old Maverick. Black and Tan Maverick is a friendly fella who loves to roll around having his tummy tickled and although he will treat visitors to a typical GSD vocal greeting he quietens down when he realises he is being ignored.
Maverick gets on well with other dogs having lived with a Lhasa Apso until a few months ago. Maverick walked really well on the lead for our assessor being unfazed by traffic and responding very well to the sit command. On the walk Maverick encountered a number of passers-by, including 3 teenagers running, along with other dogs, all of which passed without incident.
Our assessor was completely bowled over by Maverick describing him as ‘a dreamboat for the right person’. Sadly Maverick is looking for a new home only because of a change in his owners’ living arrangements.
If you have the experience and are looking for a handsome chap to light up your life then be quick otherwise this dreamboat may well have sailed!
