Max is a typical youngster, still with puppyish ways of charging round with excitement and jumping up for attention. Having said that he is a very affectionate boy and with someone who can give him some structure Max should settle and start to mature. He greeted our volunteer with excitable barking and was trying to lick his face and then proceeded to bring him all of his toys in quick succession. He is a big lad, currently around 45 kgs and is currently raw fed (biscuits make him have a jippy tum). He is an absolute picture of health and a really good example of a shepherd. Max is still vocal outside with some people and animals but again more structure and socialisation should easily help Max settle. In the home he isnt used to small children so would only be re homed to older dog savvy children, he hasnt lived with other dogs but happily shares his home with a cat who he is very fond of. All in all a stunning youngster ripe for a bit more training and guidance.
