Luna is a black short haired young lady of 2 years old who is unspayed but vaccinated and microchipped. She is sadly looking for a new home as she really isn't getting what she needs.
Luna's life is quite complicated but in short she is living in a shgad with a small run with a male GSD. She doesn't seem to know any commands and didn't respond to her owner. Luna did take treats very gently and she has a very sweet nature. Such a gentle girl but really not living the life that she should.
The volunteer took Luna for a walk, no lead so obviously not walked out that often. She is all over the place but doesn't really pull. In the park sje was let off lead and was just allowed to charge at other dogs to say hello. There is no aggression in her just a need to chat to everyonew that she meets, but she also has no recall so this is something that would need to be worked on.
Luna desperately needs to be part of a family with people who have the time for her, and not just be left in a garden with no human interaction. Although she will need toilet training we believe that it won't take too long as she is very intelligent and eager to please.
Luna has not lived with a cat but was introduced to the neighbours cat who was very confident and they were fine with each other. She will chase cats if they run but she thinks it is more a game than hunting.
Luna is very playful and has that waggy tail that includes her whole bottom moving in her excitement.
The volunteer feels that Luna is an easy dog with an eagerness to please and would fit into most homes
