VERY URGENT.
This is a very sad situation indeed. Louie's owner died recently , leaving her daughter to care for Louie on very limited means. Her home is being repossessed, bailiffs are calling frequently, she has no money and is going without food so that she can feed Louie and even he is going without regular food. He is quite bony underneath his coat which is also matted.
Louis has only ever been out of the house TWICE in his life and is NEVER walked, he has also not been toilet trained and toilets in the house as he has nowhere else to go.
Our assessor felt heartbroken when she took Louie outside for a walk , his legs just felt like they wanted to run. Louie did pull on the lead but not too badly.
Louie appears to have a sweet temperament and is very puppy like. He will need a lot of initial investment - toilet training, socialising and basic training but with this time and care invested in him he will make a fabulous dog.
We need to rehome Louie ASAP for both his sake and his late owner's daughter.
