It is hard to believe that this sweet boy ever endured the hardships of the Romanian streets and being captured and kept in a high-kill shelter. He remains a sensitive friendly boy who, although traumatised, has not been brutalized by his horrific experiences.
He was rescued for the shelter by brave Romanian volunteers who have cared for him since then at a foster home, where he is recovering slowly from the nightmare. He is used to living in a home now and has proved himself friendly with all members of the household. He is good with everyone - dogs, cats and children. However, he is still processing his traumatic experiences. He is careful about whom he trusts and, like so may starved dogs, will guard his food. Time is the healer.
Nowadays, Lord is more than ready for a forever home, here in the UK.
