Ban - London

Ban is looking for an experienced home who can give him the time he needs to settle. He was taken in by his current owner at 6 weeks old with parvovirus and she being a vet nurse gave him all the help and nursing he needed to get better. He is now fit and healthy with no illnesses, although the virus has left him with a little bit of a sensitive tummy. He is currently being fed on Burns original and he is starting to tolerate more things now. He is unknown around children but is a happy bouncy young man so older children may be considered.

Ban is a very intelligent dog who is willing to learn, his main problem is he has nervous aggression with other dogs when out side. So much so that he can't walk with the dog he lives with. He is very anxious and reactive when out on a walk but has shown improvement when he had some training with a trainer who used positive training methods. Ban would not do well with any harsh training as he is very sensitive. But with the right adopter in the right home he should make improvement with his issues.

Ban is very sweet natured and is very loving, so willing to learn we feel he is going to be a lovely dog given the chance. Any adopter will need to have experience with dealing and training of sensitive dogs, and a quiet home where Ban can relax. Although he is dog aggressive when out he has lived with different dogs with no problems, he is currently living with a female staffy. With time and a bit of work Ban will reach his potential and be a happy loving boy.
