Lexi is a 5 year old, entire, GSD looking for a new home as her owners can it provide for her needs.
She will go home on a neutering contract to ensure she is spayed at the right time between seasons.
Lexi is currently crated for much of the day and struggling with the frustration any animal would feel at this. She needs an experienced, knowledgable, owner willing to put the time in to getting the best out of her.
She can be reactive to other dogs on lead so is best suited to a home without others where she can begin learn that other dogs aren’t to be barked at. She is also not suitable to live with cats or small furries as she has a high prey drive.
When our volunteer met Lexi she found her to be an excited girl but not as over the top as you would expect a dog spending the majority of her time crated to be.
Lexi is a lovely girl that just needs to go back to the basics with training to show her the right way to behave. She adores people and desperately wants to be around them more.
