This lovely lad is Levi who is now in kennels due to owner moving into rented accommodation and sadly he is unable to take the dog with him. Typical shepherd he can be protective of his environment so best re-homed with older children who know the breed, he is fine with dogs once he gets to know them but a no to cats. He is fine with people coming to the home, a bark and then soon settles. The assessor walked him and found he did pull due to excitement, his recall can be hit or miss as he can easily be distracted if there are other dogs he wants to play with. He suffers with Pancreatic Disorder and is prescribed enzyme powder which is relatively inexpensive or there is the option of slowly introducing the raw diet. A truly lovely boy who really deserves a new loving home to call his own where he will be loved and cared for. He is now in kennels and a number of our volunteers have been walking Levi to further socialise him and he has been a real hit with everyone who has met him, a truly delightful dog who now deserves a family of his own. He has been taken out of kennels for day trips - travels well and loves a swim in the lakes!
Please don't overlook this beautiful boy who has been in kennels too long now
