Update June 2019: Meg has been rehomed.
Meg is described as a 'sweetheart' by her foster carer. Meg came to her in a crisis upon the bereavement of her owner, and she says that she would happily keep her except that she does not get along at all well with her own labrador bitch. Meg wants to bond with her new 'mum' and is jealous of the labrador bitch, who in turn probably finds this intruder unwelcome. Bitches are well known to not always get along. Meg could possibly live happily with another male dog but we feel it best that she is an only dog - apart from cats, which she loves, apparently.
Meg is an easy girl to walk. She is obedient and will tolerate walking past other dogs without demur. She can be intolerant of small yappy dogs. (can't we all?) but overall, you would not say that she is dog aggressive, in the normal sense of this. She is an active girl who loves to play and is very keen on her ball.
Meg will bond intensely. She has a lot of love to give so we would be looking for a new owner who could devote time to her and would appreciate this lovely girl
