Wow ..... just wow.
This little lady was bought from a facebook page when she was just 8 months old but sadly due to unforseen circumstances she is looking for her 3rd and final home.
Her present owners have worked very hard with her. Lacy is proyective of her home and wary of strangers so the volunteer met Lacy on the road and they walked to the house together. The volunteer went in first and Lacy was very accepting of this. Lacy is walked where it is quiet and hasn't had a lot of interaction with other dogs. The owner did meet up with a friend who had a GSD and there was an initial bark off but then they settled and played really nicely.
Lacy still has puppy tendencies, she loves food and is quite wilful with high value treats but that would work in your favour with training.
In all Lacy needs a stable home with boundaries. She would benefit from proper introduction to other dogs because she hasn't met many.
Can you offer this lovely lady her forever home. We would prefer slightly older children who understand large dogs,
If experienced we think she could potentially live with a confident calm older male as long as introductions are done correctly.
