This rather handsome character is Kodie. Not much is known about Kodie as he was picked up off the streets and has been in kennels since being assessed.
We believe Kodie to now be around 2 years old and although he has very much come out of himself in the last couple of months Kodie is still relatively nervous. Kodie will join in with barking the greeting to visitors to the kennels however, any direct approach to him will see him retreating into his kennel. That said he will venture out tentatively with a little encouragement.
On the lead Kodie is an absolute joy, our assessor describes him as the most enjoyable walking companion he has had in 4 years of assessments.
Kodie is now ready to be rehomed and we are looking for an experienced owner with the time and importantly the patience to help him increase his confidence levels. Kodie is going to make a wonderful addition to any family although given his lack of history with us this will extend only to families with older teenagers.
