What a little beauty we have here in Kira - just 8 months old and in need of finding a new home due to Kira being a rather dominant girl but a typical youngster still trying to mouth and nip if gets excited or feels you are too close to her mum, who increasingly being the main carer is getting less confident walking her due to the above. Kira behaves well when walked/handled by her dad and shows real respect. Kira lives with a much older dog and she seems very content around him and was happy for our assessor to cuddle them both with no jealousy or malice. Kira has been to classes and knows basic obedience, out on a walk with our assessor she was good but alert to noises and stopped to look at things she hadn't seen before like a sandbag on the floor. Kira walked well on the lead and was fine passing all people except one older gentleman which she took exception too and started to bark. Sadly no dogs were seen out on the walk but we are told she is a dominant girl and plays well if a little rough with dogs off lead. Kira would benefit from a knowledgeable home where they are used to dealing with the early stages of training. Kira is fine in the car and used to be being in a crate (for time out). She is microchipped and vaccinated.
