Originally this 10 month old entire lad came into our care and was fostered with a family and lived with other dogs and appeared to be doing well but unfortunately he blotted his copy book and has ended up in kennels where upon assessment he appears to be a young dog who has now decided his way is the only way - and if you challenge him he will react - however once he learns what it is you are asking of him he is a quick responder and will take instruction. He is good around other dogs, pulls on lead (which he doesn't like being put on) and would require more instruction on this, appears to like his own company i.e. happy to sit away from everyone and watch the world go by, loves being outside. Does have problems with his favourite toy i.e. it's mine - you're not having it! He does bond very quickly and appears to have one person in the family he follows around, leave him on his own and he is not impressed, so again more work would be required on this. He is a lovely big dog who at almost one year old has never really been told what to do and now he will need an experienced handler and someone to give him the one to one he needs. Although good with children until he learns some manners best with adult only home. He is microchipped and vaccinated. Kenzo deserves a second chance and the opportunity to mature into one great shep!
