Tia is a 7 year young spayed bitch. She is fine with older children and is good with other dogs but tends to avoid small yappy ones. Tia also lives with 2 cats. Greeted our volunteer in a typical GSD fashion. A bark, kept an eye on him and then settled for a stroke and a fuss. Tia does pull on the lead but has good recall and knows her basic commands. Tia is only being rehomed as she does not like being pestered by their 11 month baby and is not getting the attention she was used to. Her only bad habit, she may nibble your letters when they come through the lettebox but never chews anything else. Tia did have a hip replacement when she much younger which failed, therefore the femur head was removed and it is now held in place with muscle tissue. Her walking and gait are fine and there are no obvious signs of discomfort or lameness. Can you give this lovely girl a space in your home and heart?
