URGENT : Keira is an extremely intelligent, strikingly attractive and affectionate dog who has had a sad and quite brutal start to her short life and she has only been in her current home for 4 months. Because of this she has a very nervous disposition and her owner keeps her muzzled.
Our assessor insisted on the muzzle being removed and Keira jumped up on his knee and began licking his face. She kept up her affectionate behaviour for the duration of his visit.
He says that Keira is a beautiful dog who will make a perfect companion for the right person. Keira lives with a male GSD who she gets on well with and both were competing for attention from our assessor with Keira stood crying at the window when he left.
Keira's owner is disabled and is unable to care properly for both dogs so Keira needs to find a new home asap.
