Katie is a very pretty and affectionate girl. She is agile, lively and has boundless energy for playing fetch with the ball, which she loves. Katie is a very smart dog and can throw the ball in the air herself!
She understands basic commands and is easy to train, as she enjoys being stimulated and wants to please. Katie is very loving and really likes a cuddle. She is very good with people including young children. She is currently living with 2 children aged 3 and 5 years and interacts very well with them. She has shown no interest in the family's rabbits but has not been exposed to cats, so is unknown with this.
Katie is house trained and has not caused destruction in the house. She doesn't seem to mind being left alone and has coped with being left for up to 6 hours so far. Katie walks well on the lead and has reasonable recall but is quite reactive to other dogs outside of the home. She gets on ok with the family's male GSD but is quite bossy.
She would probably prefer to be the only dog in the house. Katie is real character who would make a lovely family pet. Can you offer her the home she deserves?
