Kassie is a 9 year old black and tan GSD X Rottweiler looking for a new home. This special girl needs an experienced home where she can build confidence and trust in humans. Having spent the whole of her 9 years breeding puppies she was then discarded. We took her into an amazing foster home where with a lot of time and patience she has learnt to live in doors, be housetrained and is slowly learning how to enjoy her life. She has learnt to wait for her food...... but will happily help herself even when you are watching. She has learnt lots of commands and also has learnt how to play ball. She struggles with the outside world but that is work in progress with her foster mum and of course will need time and a lot of patience of any new owner. She does not need sympathy or lots of love and cuddles she just needs to have her own space and in time she will learn to trust you. She is pure dog in the sense that she trusts her own instincts rather than those of a humans but if you are willing to work with her she will relax more and more.
Kassie is a sweet girl who if she chooses you will make you proud.
