This lovely chap is 18 month neutered Kane. He is good with children once he knows them but we would only rehome him with older children due to his age and being and currently being toy possessive and nervous when first meeting strangers. This was a trait from being left in his previous home for 10 hours a day with only his toys for company. Training methods were also heavy handed including a spiked collar, the clue being that any sudden hand movement and he will back away. Kane is good with other dogs and was bought up with cats. This big puppy can still mouth but has basic training. Will need further lead work but ok on recall. Taken in by his current owners, family of his first owner, he is becoming dominant over their other male GSD and they really do not have the financial resources for both dogs. Described by our volunteer as a gorgeous dog, Kane is very handsome and is friendly and loving once he has accepted you and adores a fuss and being stroked. Kane needs an experienced owner who has the time and patience to show him the boundaries and rewards. In return we are sure Kane will be a loving and loyal companion.
