Jessie has had a few traumatic weeks until she came into GSDR kennels. Sadly her owner had passed away and she ended up in the local dog pound. Now in kennels we are finding Jessie a lovely girl and although at first she was wary of the staff and the volunteers who visit, they found once Jessie knows you, she loves to be around you and very happy to be playing ball in the paddock going for her walks and generally a happy friendly girl. However she has been heard to grumble if someone gets too close to her, probably just protecting her new handlers, however as soon as told she stops. Jessie's background isn't known other than she lived with an elderly gentleman, therefore we would suggest Jessie continues to live in a property with no children. Jessie appears fine around the dogs she meets at the kennels and out on her walks is good on the lead. Jessie has been microchipped and vaccinated by the rescue.
