Jessie came into rescue towards the end of ast year and was rehomed almost immediately. Sadly through no fault of ther own she has been returned to rescue. She is currently staying in Essex.
Since being back In rescue she has been a great . Jessie is naturally anxious and feeds off peoples anxieties. She will need a confident calm family who can lead the way and make sure she understands that she just has to be a dog. Today she went to the park with some volunteers and she was fabulous. She walked calmly with a rottweiler and met a small westie who she chose to ignore. She met a lady who calmly gave her treats and walked very nicely on the lead. She walks better with a headcollar but does pull when on a flat collar.
Jessie is nervous on first meetings but given time to suss you out she is fine. She seems to be slightly more wary of men than women but has been fine with all the volunteers that she has met.
If you have a calm home and give Jessie confidence and consistency please get in touch, she really does deserve her forever home.
