This beautiful older lady is Jess and she is an adorable 10 year old white, short coated, spayed, microchipped girl.
She is absolutely lovely with people even little ones from the age of 1 upwards. She also likes cats and is fine with other dogs, although she gets very excited when she meets other dogs, if she is on a lead. She lives with a 17 year old staff cross.
Jess does not chew when left and was previously left for over 8 hours a day when she was kept as a yard dog!!!
She isn't keen on the car and can be a bit vocal when traveling.
She has no medical problems other than a wart on her head which has been seen by the vets and does not need any treatment. She is a bit slow on her legs and may be a little arthritic but is not on medication for it.
Our assessor found Jess to be calm and relaxed and she happily gave a paw. Jess shows no food or toy aggression and no nervous issues, she is just a lovely family pet.
Jess has become a little vocal when strangers knock on the door and there are lots of comings and goings now as the owner has become a child minder.
Jess urgently needs to find a quieter, forever home where she can relax and enjoy her retirement. Please can you consider this lovely older girl.
