Janice - Derbyshire

Janice is being re homed due to a change in work patterns where overnight stays are becoming more regular and although being left for longer periods, Janice is very good and doesnt create, she just takes family bits and bobs of clothing to her bed. Our volunteer found a shy girl on visiting the home, a quick short bark when she spotted her, but after a few minutes Janice was over and happily taking treats. In the home Janice was seen to be very sweet around the young children but when a cat appeared in the garden it was clear Janice was not a fan. Outside Janice was very good to walk on the lead and happily walked past a barking dog without batting an eyelid, no response to traffic or passing strangers.. All in all a very sweet, shy girl who will be a true family friend once she has met you. Janice was purchased from a company that trained dogs for family protection (not bite work) and she does know quite a few commands in German,which current owners have carried on. Our volunteer was very impressed with the nature and character of this beautiful dog.
