Jake has just turned 2, he was picked up by the dog warden has done his 7 days and now looking for his forever home. Jake is still in kennels so not always a true reflection of their behaviour as can be difficult due to stress.
Jake is a little anxious, he wants to please and show affection so much but he’s just a bit of a bull in a china shop. He knows basic commands, sit, down and then if your not careful he will jump up to say hello. Jake can be quiet vocal around other dogs, he is not aggressive just unsure how to greet a dog. He goes out for a walk with the other dogs from the kennels and spends part way barking, he does eventually settle.
We’ve taken Jake to the vets, he is a lovely friendly boy and behaved so well with the vet. Jake is looking for a new mum and dad, someone who has the time and patience to continue his training and make him feel secure, he desperately needs a home of his own.
