This lovely looking young man is 18 month old Jack. Jack is currently in kennels and is luckier than most in such situations as he has a huge admirer in one of our volunteers who has spent an incredible amount of time with this lad working on his socialisation and basic training. Being a lucky and hard working boy Jack also gets to play football with her which he simply loves.
Jack has proven to be very responsive in his training, being eager to learn and Jack’s basic commands are all there. Jack is now working to a Gundog whistle having progressed via a clicker. Jack loves being brushed and although not fond of the rain Jack does enjoy being towelled dry.
Jack has previously lived with young children however, because of his exuberant nature we are looking to rehome him with a family with older teenagers only.
Are you an experienced GSD owner who would like to help complete Jack’s development from the bouncy, excitable puppy who still needs some direction into a very fine young man. In return you’ll receive untold love and affection, if this lad is pulling at your heart strings then please succumb and go ahead, make this young man very happy.
