Hunnie

Hunnie

This is the gorgeous Hunnie who is a blue/tan 15mths old unspayed girl who is only being rehomed because of the owners ill health.

She is a very intelligent dog who just loves to play and show you her tricks. Poor Hunnie has been very stressed because her owner had to go into hospital and she wouldn't eat so lost a little weight

Hunnie was a little nervous of our volunteer but soon settled and was soon happily taking treats.

Hunnie doesn't like fireworks but is OK with other loud noises. She likes the rain, loves having a bath and having her teeth cleaned but most of all she likes her tummy being tickled.

Hunnies owner has taught her lots of tricks and she is a very quick learner. She is good on the lead and in the car.

Hunnie is a small dog but full of life and eager to learn so we think she would like an activitiy such as agility. She needs more stimulation than she is getting now.

She lives with 3 cats but seems to like the older weaker one wanting to play with it but she gets a bit rough. The volunteer who assessed Hunnie thinks that if she is rehomed with a cat, it will have to be a cat that will stand up for itself otherwise Hunnie will bully it

Hunnie simply is a lovely bouncy young dog being left unsupervised and lacking stimulation to keep her mind occupied. She would benefit from being in an active home where she would get lots of exercise and have plenty to occupy her mind.
