These sweet girls are mother and daughter, Poppy (white shep) is totally committed to her mum Honey and has never left her side since birth. Both girls originally lived in South Africa where they were used to roaming around several acres of land. On returning to England the girls have settled as house dogs and never been walked much out and about (mainly as Poppy gets really anxious). Our volunteer met two very affectionate and friendly dogs were happy for a fuss and perfectly well behaved. Their mum sadly has terminal cancer and has already signed the girls into the rescue's care so that when she can no longer look after them she knows that they will be safe. As of June there is no time line for finding Honey and Poppy but sadly it will likely be months rather than years and as the two girls need to be re homed together we are promoting their plight now in the hope that a wonderful new home can be found who can keep the girls together and just let them pootle about and do what they do best which is love their owner and provide tremendous company.
Both girls are spayed, approx ages are 10 for Honey and 8 for Poppy. Sadly the owner cant find any paperwork for the girls (ie their original passports to travel to the UK so until such time the above will have to sufifice for now)
