Holly - West Yorks

Meet the delicious Holly, she landed in the stray kennels but tbh that probably was a blessing because as soon as her 7 days were up she then came under our care. She was skin and bone and looked like she’d just had a litter.  She’s been with us several weeks now and I’m looking for a wonderful home for this very special girl. She’s approximately 16 months old and such a delight. She adores humans, her tail never stops wagging when she meets anyone. She’s been an absolute Angel with any dog she meets, has shown absolute zilch aggression. We’ve had her running out with several males in the kennels without a problem. Every dog we’ve walked out with she’s been brilliant. We’ve been to the vets and she was perfect, happy to say hello and no problem checking her all over. We’ve taken her out and about to local shops and people actually stop to say hello, she’s so infectious. We don’t know how she will be in a home, so I’d say best have her in a crate on a night just to keep her safe. If she is going into a home with another dog then careful intros and don’t expect them to hang out together straight away, have room/child gate to do this steadily. She does need some basic training as she does get overly excited when greeting anyone and does try to jump up.

Anyone who is lucky enough to adopt this young dog will not be disappointed, I adore her.
