This fabulous boy is Hercules an 8 year old, neutered Male German shepherd x Husky. He is looking for a new home due to a relationship breakdown.
Sadly Hercules has bounced around a bit before coming to us through no fault of his own and despite him being a lovely lad. He greeted our volunteer nicely and settled shortly after while the paperwork was completed.
He is good with dogs and currently lives with a chihuahua. He’s also good with cats and has even lived with a large rabbit! He is sociable out and about too although he can pull on the lead. He does have good recall though and enjoys travelling in the car.
He has been around young children and gets on well with them. He could live with a family looking for an older dog to fill their home.
Hercules is used to being left and doesn’t chew, he hasn’t ever got the hang of playing with toys though. He is housetrained and used to going through a dog flap to get in and out.
Hercules would be an amazing addition to any home and is really hoping this one will be his last, don’t let his age put you off, he’s got plenty of life left in him yet!
