Henk is around 18 months old and currently being cared for in kennels in Essex as his owner does not want him. Henk was originally purchesed to be a protection dog but unlike his sister who has made the grade Henk is too gentle so is not needed.
Henk is untrested around children and cats, and although not mixed with other dogs due to his training it is thought that he would not be reactive. He has been seen with other dogs so we would guess that work would be needed on his socialisation.
Henk has never lived indoors so is unlikely to be house trained. This may take a little tome but he is a clever boy and we are sure will quickly iundersatns what is required of him.
The volunteer found Henk to be a sweet boy who was interested in meeting her, and hgaving a sniff before heading off into the field to play ball..... he loves his ball so this would be good for his training. He brings oit back will drop and wait patiently for it to be thrown again. Nothing else matters when a ball is involved.
He loves water too, he has been to the groomers too.
In short a sweet boy that will need some work but has been trained to a high level. Another young man who really deserves a chance to live a good life in a home with people whoo have the toime and patience to turn him into the best that he can be.
