These gorgeous gals are Helga and Hilda who are a lovely pair of 2 year old sisters. They are very friendly with not a bad bone between them.
Helga is definitely the more confident of the pair with Hilda taking her sisters lead but both are quick to greet and enjoy a fuss.
They were happy for our volunteer to handle them straight away and although they are both skinny they are otherwise in good health.
Neither has been walked on a lead much although Helga has taken to it quite well. Hilda needs more work doing to build her confidence. She seems to have negative associations with leads and this results in her shutting down.
They would both benefit from a home where they can initially exercise in a secure garden while leads are reintroduced in a positive way.
We would like these girls to go home together as they have never known life apart. They have huge smiles and such sweet natures. They aren’t cat tested but may be able to share their home with the right male dog.
