This gorgeous young lady at the tenser age of 4 is looking for a new home through no fault of her own.
When the voluteer went to assess Heidi she couldn't get anywhere near here. She was a very stressed anxious young lady who was terrified of everythng.
The volunteer said that she would have been bitten had Heidi got too close but she felt that Heidi was not aggressive just very fearful. She reacted to everything when on a walk. We felt that due to all the above we would not be able to do a normal meet so after speaking to her owner we chose to pull her into our foster kennels.
In the last couple of weeks we have seen a totally different side to this gorgeous young lady. Yes she is very timid but is as sweet as a nut. She loves evryone she meets if introduced correctly. She has been out learning how to play in the field with some of the other dogs. A sensitive young lady who in the right environment will blossom and become a perfect companion.
If you have time patience and are willing to put in some work Heidi will become the dog that she so deserves to be. Take her back to basics and show her how to be a dog and not worry about anything other than having fun. She shouldn't have to feel the need to guard you or protect you. She deserves to enjoy the rest of her life.
