Fergus is only 2 years old and currently in a family home where he has lived for the last few weeks. Sadly they haven't really the time or experience to bring this lad on and although well cared for he really could do with a more experienced quieter home. Currently he lives with two young children and although he is good around them he tends to get crated so they can enjoy their play in the lounge area. Outside Fergus will need more lead training and indeed need to find a head collar or harness that will help with his lead work. Currently he has cut his face trying to get a halti off, as he hates the pressure on his face and with a normal collar he just pulls like a train. We didn't see any dogs on the walk but we are told Fergus can be vocal and again will need more socialisation.
Fergus would benefit from being someone's sole focus and ideally in a child and pet free home. He needs an experienced owner who can start from scratch with training and familiarising him with the world around him. Fergus is treat orientated so that gives a good starting point for getting young Fergus on the right track and bonding with a new owner.
