Fenrir - Midlands

Fenrir - Midlands
Fabulous looking lad - 5 year old Fenrir, neutered and microchipped. He is looking to be re homed due to a change in personal circumstances and currently being left long periods. He is a very protective boy of his dad and when strangers come to call he can be vocal and once allowed into the room to meet you does appear to have nervous tendencies where he comes, tries to nip you, cant settle but then will come back for treats. Outside he is also not confident around other dogs and can pull towards them on lead, off lead runs at them so again not confident and will require socialisation and training to get him through this behaviour. Having said that when he was younger he was sent to Boot Camp for two weeks and on his return seemed a much more nervous aggressive dog, so maybe that training didn't help him at such a young age. Fenrir has potential and with the right handler could prove one lovely dog who has previously lived happily with another dog and a cat. He is good around children he knows, in fact one little girl who visits can do absolutely anything with him, but again due to his nervous ways he needs to know you first before he relaxes so best in an adult only home.
