Kai is an 8 year old microchipped and vaccinated boy who is sadly looking for a new home through no fault of his own.
His owner is in failing health and with a partnership breakdown she is unable to give him the time and exercise that he needs and wants.
Kai is a goofy clumsy boy with ears to die for..... He hjas lived in his own since he was a pup and has lived with 2 daschunds. He apparently barks at dogs when out on a lead but that could be his need to protect his owner. He walks on a headcollar so doesn't pull too badly but does like to weave from side to side.
Kai was very friendly with the volunteer, he barked on arrival but happily said hello with a waggt tail and lots of licks. He can clear a coffee table with one swipe of his tail and is rather partial to "rummages" and "bin Surfs" when left alone for too long. In his favour he doesn't chew anything.
Sadly Kai has never been let off a lead so he has no idea about free running or playing ball .... something I am sure he will learn to love
In all a very sweet loving affectionate boy who will make a great addition to any family. Don't overlook him just beacuse he is slightly older he URGENTLY needs more than he is currently getting.
