Ellie was handed in as a stray after being found in someone's back garden so we have no history on her so would only rehome with older children. She's currently in foster with 2 younger male gsd's that she's had no real problems with and seems to like and has been fine with other dogs she's met when introduced properly and has played with a few dogs off the lead and really enjoyed herself! She would benefit from further socialisation with other dogs as we don't think she's had much to do with them before. She walks well on the lead and off lead she will either walk with you or come when called. She's also living with 3 cats who she seems fascinated with and has met and sniffed them and had a face rub with no problems at all but will chase them if they run (only really to say hello) so she could live with a cat if introductions are done properly. She's been quiet and clean in the house and has been left for a few hours with no problems. She came to the rescue a bit overweight but she's currently being fed a natural diet with no issues at all and is getting 2 good walks a day to shift the excess. She is used to being groomed and relaxes while its being done and is only too happy to give you a paw when asked. All in all she's settled really well within only a few days and would be a very loyal and loving companion for someone. If it wasn't for our 2 boys not being keen on having a female around we could quite happily keep her but I'm sure whoever meets this girl will fall in love with her.
