Here we have the most gentlest of boys who unfortunately suffers with seizures and will have to be on medication for life (costs about £1 per day). His owners have had Dukie since a pup and he has lived with another dog. He is a mild mannered boy who lives in a very rural location so has lots of fields and walks close by. He is good with cats too. Our assessor was greeted very gently and mildly and after a fuss Dukie was happy to just lay down by the fire. His owners are retired and feel that before Dukie gets any older he would be best re homed to someone who can continue to keep him healthy and safe. Our assessor said Dukie is gorgeous, friendly, mild and easy to handle boy. Never lived with children but his manner is so kind we feel older children wouldn't be a problem. When Dukie does have a seizure it last no more than a minute or two and the medication seems to have them under control.
