URGENT......... This poor boy has been retruurned to rescue through NO fault of his own please can someone offer his his 4th and FINAL home .....
What a corker this young man is...... Duke is sadly looking for a home as his owner has lost confidence and struggles to contol him when out walking.
Duke was rescued when he was about 18 months old. He is a very exciteable character and loves nothing more than a visitor that he can jump all over to say hello.
Duke is a big boy who is very playful and can be vocal if not getting the attention that he wants. The volunteer said that he was happy with her and showed no aggression throughout his visit.
He is a lovely boy in the home living with another dog . There are no issues at all but he does react to other dogs when out. The volunteer did walk him and said although he pulled a little he walked very well. She cannot confirm about his reactions to other dogs as they didn't meet any.
He has since in his current home had 1-1 trasining with one of our volunteers who thinks that Duke doesn't understand greetings when out and about and just needs someone willing to work on his socialisation, she commented on what a lovely young man he was, certainly deserving of a 5* home.
If you can offer this boy a loving home and instill some boundaries and build on his social skills please get in touch.... such a handsome boy
