Duchess - Kent

Duchess is a typical young GSD girl who will need to be spayed as soon as possible, she is a very sweet friendly girl who needs a new adopter to take control and not let her feel she needs to be the boss and protector. She is good with older children and loves to go and play with other dogs when out. She is currently walk in a halti which she is not keen on but our assessor said she has got good manners. When crossing the road she happily sat at the curb on command and waited until it was safe to cross. Her recall is not always very good but we think with a little training with positive reward she will soon get better with this. Duchess is a very intelligent girl who will make a wonderful family friend, and will come on leaps and bounds with routine and positive training. A lovely young girl who is keep to please and once she has bonded with the family will be a great friend as long as she has boundaries she will no longer feel the need to protect.
