This happy lad is 4 year neutered Tye. He is good with his owner’s 3 year old granddaughter who stays regularly and other dogs once he is used to them . He will bark at them however when out and will act aggressively but has never been in a fight. Unknown with cats. Tye greeted our volunteer with a typical bark but soon settled and brought his ball over. His current owners have had Tye for about 2 years having rescued him from an abusive home. For this reason he would be best in an adult home or with older children. Tye will need some continued lead training as he pulls at first but he has good basic commands and recall is OK. Tye does suffer from a skin condition which is kept under control with regular medication. Tye is being rehomed due to his owner’s health issues which means he is not getting the exercise or socialisation he needs plus they are struggling to afford his medication although our vets estimate the long term cost to be £35-£40 a month. This lad needs an experienced home to help him forward with his life and in return will be a loyal companion. Are you that special person?
