We are advertising this little gem for another rescue.
Doris is now just over a year old and sadly looking for her forever home. She was dumped in a bin when she was 3 weeks old. She was rescued and taken in by the RSPCA who hand reared her. She went off to a new home but due to circumstances has been returned.
Doris is a boistrous teenager but is quite a nervous girl whonneeds her boundaries clearly set. She can be lead reactive but is generally very good with most dogs. She is strong on a lead but is easier to handle with a gentle leader I am sure that with training this will come good.
She has been bought up around cats and is currently socialising with soe rescue kittens...... could live with a bold cat if introduced correctly.
She can be reactive when out if she sees someone that SHE doesn't like. It is advised that she is muzzled when out for her safety as much as anyone else. She has never been around children so only homes with older young adults would be considered.
Once Doris gets to know you she will be the perfect companion. She is looking for a confident experienced home who can channel her enthusiasm for life gving her the consistency boundaries and love that she most certainly craves.....
Is this you ????
