This gorgeous girl is Darcy who is approximately 2 years old.
Darcy has been to hell and back after she was caught by the evil dog catchers and taken to the Bistrita dog shelter in Romania. Her home for many months now has been a 1 metre square cage which she has not been let out of for exercise, where she has only been fed every few days and where she has had to live in her own mess because she could not get out to go to the toilet. The cages are hosed out occasionally whilst the dog is in there!
Despite her terrible ordeal, Darcy is good with people although a little nervous at first.
Darcy is also good with dogs, but we don't know about cats.
We think she would be better in an adult only home or one with older children as she is a little nervous.
Darcy is microchipped, vacs and spayed - she has her own passport.
