Look at this gorgeous girl, I am still trying to find out how she ended up in rescue, you could not get near her in the kennel as she was terrified and would have nipped you through fear.
We also were informed she doesn't like cats as she seems to have a very high prey drive, one of the homes she ended up at she killed the cat although we don't have the full story.
Anyway, we absolutely adore her she is still a little timid with people she doesn't know but once she knows you she is such a sweet and loving girl. She is a Malinois cross, which you can tell from her face and colouring, not sure what she is crossed with but by heck can she run. She is a little timid with other dogs, but will back off rather than confront them. She did have a best friend at the kennels who she had a good old play with, but he's been adopted. She has been on several group walks and behaved very well, she doesn't like dogs getting up close to her face as it scares her. I then walked her next to my big old boy, she calmed down and relaxed into the walk.
Cookie needs a home with no cats, an older male dog who is quiet, calm and can show her the ropes. We would not place her with children due to her being a little timid and having no previous history.
